Diminishing Return

ONE MAN WHOSE NAME IS ABOVE EVERY NAME

The name Jesus is arbitrarily spoken as if it was a simple gesture.  “Jesus” is groaned in casual conversation, or when getting up from a seated position.  His name is called when nothing is needed, or wanted.  His own disciples understood the reverence of His name and they did not call him Jesus.
The seventy-two returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!
Luke 10:17

They called him Lord.  They called him Rabboni.

They only used his name to demonstrate His power.

The image before you is what one man suffered so that we can say His Name to demonstrate His Power in this Earth, not diminish it to insignificance!

Isaiah 52:14
As many were astonished at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: Isaiah 52:14

And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God has also highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.           Philippians 2:8-11
